What you really get when you hire USA Commercial Cleaners

It is common in our industry that most or all cleaning companies are thought to be alike. You hire a new company, they get it super clean and then things gradually deteriorate. You complain, it gets better for a while and gradually deteriorates again. Does this endless cycle sound familiar? For many cleaning companies it is just a way of doing business. This is how we fight that cycle:

1) Our managers are cleaning workers. There is always a supervisor on the job that a manager checks in with daily or weekly and a formal inspection report is generated monthly. Our customers have access to either a manager or an owner 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You always have access to the owner.

2) We seek profitable growth by encouraging the personal growth of our employees. We pay above average wages and look for different incentives to motivate and upgrade our employees. Our business is made of people. Our people have the power to change lives, take care of large places, enhance the quality of life, save energy, retard depreciation and stimulate public relations.

3) USA Commercial Cleaners is continuously upgrading and seeking out better products and methods of cleaning. We don't shop by cost alone. USA subscribes to several industry publications that promote educational growth among managers and workers.

4) USA Commercial Cleaners does not sub-contract any of our work unless agreed upon in advance with our customers.

5) We realize that allowing us to clean your facility is a privilege. After all, you could hire anyone to do it. We don't look to take advantage of our relationships.
